The hotel's location is excellent, just steps away from the bus station, town center, and market. It's a great spot for bus travelers with easy access to everything you need. However, the service lacked friendliness and language proficiency was an issue. The dining experience was subpar with only instant coffee available. I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The location was convenient with a beautiful swimming pool and garden, but the rooms were quite dark and musty. The staff tried to adjust to differences but were not the most helpful when I needed assistance. While the dining options were limited and not of great quality, the value for money was decent.
